Do I need a Boiler Service?

A faulty boiler can be extremely dangerous, emitting harmful carbon monoxide. A boiler service will make your boiler more efficient and also help to avoid breakdowns, but our primary reason for servicing boilers is to make sure they are not causing you any harm.

I have a Heating / Boiler Problem?

We offer a prompt and professional boiler repair service and 80% of our repairs are completed in one visit. We can repair almost any make and mode of boiler.

Do I need a Gas Safety certificate?

If you are the landlord for a property, a gas safety check and valid, in-date, certificate is a legal requirement. It is up to you to make sure that your tenants are safe in the property. This  must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

Do I need a Legionella risk assessment?

A definite ‘YES’, due to current changes in legislation, you must comply with current health and safety laws, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act, COSHH, ACOP L8 and other important documentation.
